Caker Pro fees for memberships, products and services are due immediately and are NON-REFUNDABLE. A NO refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate a user membership or upcoming services. The user agrees that paid memberships are for a period of 12 months with the choice to renew at the end of the 12 month period. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if the user chooses to cancel membership within the 12 month period of their membership.
The company reserves the right to terminate a user membership and/or usage if so deemed the user has breached the company set terms and conditions.
Caker Pro will only provide a refund of the Services Fee in the event they are unable to continue to provide the WEBSITE Services.
